RC7 Performance Training
My name is Riley Carson, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) with a strong foundation in human movement, performance, and health management. My expertise lies in sport-specific training, as well as personalized training programs for muscle building, fat loss, and strength & conditioning. Through my kinesiology background, I apply evidence-based techniques to enhance athletic performance while ensuring injury prevention and recovery. In addition to my work with individual clients, I have a global perspective gained from experiences like my recent service-learning placement in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where I delivered inclusive play and sport programs for children and youth. My passion of training and sport stems from growing up through sport, specifically division 1 soccer. I am passionate about youth development, and I bring a unique blend of athletic training, coaching, and fitness expertise to help athletes and individuals reach their full potential.

With over 3 years of empowering individuals with disabilities, my journey has been incredibly rewarding. I passionately designed and led adapted fitness programs that inspire confidence and strength in those with cognitive and physical challenges. Growing up alongside individuals with disabilities, I have gained a profound appreciation for their unique and diverse needs. Recently, I had the privilege of returning from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where I ignited joy and motivation through adapted physical activities for children with disabilities. Together, we can achieve greatness!
