I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in physical exercise activities, utilizing equipment, machines, and dumbbells provided by Iron Lore Gym. I understand and acknowledge the following:

Age Requirement: I affirm that I am over the age of 18. I understand that Iron Lore Gym membership is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Assumption of Risk: I am aware that engaging in physical activities, including but not limited to strength training, cardio exercises, and the use of gym equipment, carries inherent risks. I acknowledge that these activities involve the risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, fractures, and other physical injuries.

Responsibility: I understand that Iron Lore Gym is an unsupervised facility. I am responsible for my own safety during my time at the gym, including the proper use of equipment, maintaining a safe environment, and recognizing my own physical limitations.

Guest Policy: I understand that bringing guests to Iron Lore Gym is not permitted without the prior approval of management. I agree to comply with this policy and acknowledge that any violation may result in consequences as determined by the gym management.

Health Considerations: I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in physical activities at Iron Lore Gym. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

Equipment Care and Maintenance: I agree to clean up after myself and treat the gym facility, equipment and machines with care. I will not engage in activities that may cause damage to the equipment intentionally. I understand that any damage caused by my negligence or misuse may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities and equipment at Iron Lore Gym, I hereby release and discharge Iron Lore Gym, its owners, employees/contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to my use of the facilities and equipment.
