Riley Carson, Kinesiologist, (CSEP-CPT)

My name is Riley Carson, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) with a strong foundation in human movement, performance, and health management. My expertise lies in sport-specific training, as well as personalized training programs for muscle building, fat loss, and strength & conditioning. Through my kinesiology background, I apply evidence-based techniques to enhance athletic performance while ensuring injury prevention and recovery.

In addition to my work with individual clients, I have a global perspective gained from experiences like my recent service-learning placement in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where I delivered inclusive play and sport programs for children and youth. My passion for training and sport stems from growing up through sport, specifically division 1 soccer. I am passionate about youth development, and I bring a unique blend of athletic training, coaching, and fitness expertise to help athletes and individuals reach their full potential.

I am dedicated to empowering athletes and individuals to reach their peak performance, build strength, and achieve lasting fitness through tailored, evidence-based training methods that prioritize both results and long-term well-being. My mission extends to educating youth athletes about their bodies, fostering a deep understanding of movement, and helping them gain agency over their athletic journeys, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions for their health and performance.
